ABC News: In his budget for Fiscal Year 2011, to be presented on Monday, February 1, President Obama will propose a three-year hard freeze on non-security discretionary spending, to last from 2011 through 2013.
My how the harsh realities of reality can change a person's mind and force them to break silly promises. I tired telling people this during the election but they didn't listen, words don't make the President, actions do. Next time, don't vote for the man in the shiny suit, vote for the man with a good track record.
