Gov. Herbert is Waffling About Signing Some State's Rights Bills

Gov. Herbert is waffling about signing some of the 10th Amendment (State’s Rights) bills, such as SB11, passed by the legislature. He’s indicated however, he’s willing to sign resolutions. Call his office (801-538-1000) and politely but firmly encourage him to sign the bills and remind him that resolutions are meaningless and won’t protect Constitutional rights addressed in the bills.
